These terms govern your use of the LinkAura website and your purchase of a LinkAura NFC card. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Orders

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase a custom-manufactured NFC card. Orders are confirmed once payment is received (or, where applicable, once we've confirmed payment with you directly).

Accuracy of information

You're responsible for the accuracy of the details, images, and links you submit during customisation. LinkAura manufactures and prints cards based on exactly what you provide.

Digital profile pages

Each order includes a hosted digital profile page (or, for Google Review cards, a direct link to your review page). LinkAura reserves the right to disable a profile page that is used for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

Intellectual property

Card designs, the LinkAura logo, and website content are the property of LinkAura. Any logo or photo you upload remains your property, and you confirm you have the right to use it on your card.

Limitation of liability

LinkAura is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of your card or digital profile, including missed connections due to compatibility issues on the receiving device.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
