Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information LinkAura collects when you sign in or order a card, how it's used, and who can see it.

Signing in with Google

LinkAura offers "Sign in with Google" as one way to create an account. When you choose this option, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with LinkAura (via our authentication provider, Supabase) so we can create and identify your account.

We collect this Google account data solely to authenticate you and to associate your orders with your account. We do not use it for advertising, to build user profiles for any purpose beyond running LinkAura, to train AI models, or to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility. We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with third parties except as required to operate LinkAura itself (our authentication provider, Supabase, and — only if you enable order email notifications — our email provider, Resend).

Your Google account data is protected the same way as the rest of your account: stored by Supabase with encryption in transit and at rest, and access-restricted by row-level security so only you (and LinkAura's admin, for order fulfillment) can read it. It is retained for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account — and every piece of data associated with it, including this Google account data — at any time from your Account page ("Delete My Account"), or by emailing us at the address below.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Contact details you choose to display on your digital profile (name, designation, company, phone, email, website, social links)
• A profile photo and/or company logo, if you upload one
• Shipping address, for delivering your physical card
• Payment status related to your order

How your information is used

Your public profile details (name, contact info, socials, photo) power the digital card page that opens when someone taps your NFC card — that page is designed to be shared, so treat any field you fill in as visible to anyone who taps or is sent your card's link.

Your shipping address, order status, and payment information are private and only accessible to LinkAura's admin for the purpose of manufacturing and delivering your card. This information is never shown on your public profile page or shared with third parties.

Data storage

Your details are stored securely in our database (Supabase) with access controls that restrict shipping and order information to the LinkAura admin account only.

Data retention, updating, and removing your information

We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active, so your digital card and order history stay available to you. You can update your profile details at any time from your Account page, or delete your entire account — permanently removing your profile data, uploaded photos/logos, and your Google account link, if you signed in with Google — from Account → "Delete My Account". You can also request an update or deletion by emailing in.developer.mode@gmail.com.

Cookies

LinkAura's website does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
